Have your tank fabricated out of flat sheet HDPE POLY.
Unlike rotor moulded products we build with a consistent wall thickness.
We in-build a baffle system to reduce movement through the fluid, allowing a smooth drive whilst going around corners and braking at higher speeds and in boats.
All tanks are pressure tested, fitted & pre tapped for your fittings as required.

Existing metal products can be duplicated into HDPE for a non corrosive, hard wearing and physiologically inert product.

HDPE has high impact strength & can be engineered to suit applications requiring stiffness, hardness & toughness, fatigue resistant, high mechanical damping ability, good sliding properties, electrical insulating properties & excellent wear resistance.
